An easy-to-use remote controller now available for the Buster Q smart display
The Buster Q smart display, the ground-breaking piece of standard equipment in Buster boats, will be complemented with a remote controller. The mechanical remote controller, available as an optional accessory, can be docked to the steering wheel or surface-mounted next to a Yamaha outboard’s remote control device, for example.
Buster Q infotainment system nominated for Boat Builder Awards
The Buster Q smart display has been nominated for this year’s Boat Builder Awards in no less than two categories. Boat Builder Awards are a part of the world’s largest marine equipment trade show METSTRADE that takes place in Amsterdam the 14.-16. November. The prestigious awards have been organized since 2015 to give recognition to outstanding achievements in the boating industry.
The family of large and fast Buster Magnum open boats expands with new models
Buster Boats is revamping its classic range of large open boats, the Buster Magnum family, built since 1990. The new models for the 2018 season, the Buster Magnum and the Buster SuperMagnum, are larger and perform better than their predecessors.
“What these boats have in common is excellent manoeuvrability, good stability even at high speeds and safe and predictable handling characteristics,” says Anders Kurtén, Director of Product Development for Buster.
The new Buster M – the popular multi-functional boat redesigned by Buster
The Buster M, the popular model in the small boat segment, is undergoing a major revamp. The new Buster M is presented at the Helsinki Boat-Afloat Show, on August.
“In redesigning the Buster M, we have further refined the good basic qualities of Buster: This is a care-free boat that is easy to handle and behaves as expected at the hands of any boater,” says Anders Kurtén, Director of Product Development for Buster.
Buster Q awarded as one of the Best Mobile Services in Finland
The Buster Q smart display was awarded in the Best Mobile Service in Finland contest as best of the M2M (Machine to Machine) series. The winners were announced at an event at Suomi Areena in Pori on July the 11th 2017.
The large Buster Q touch screen incorporates electronic charts, an on-board computer and an entertainment system into the motorboat as part of the standard equipment.
